Prompt Retrieval 404 Errors During Migration

On 14 April 2026, between 16:06 UTC and 18:35 UTC, some customers experienced 404 Not Found errors when calling the legacy prompt retrieval endpoint:
https://cloud.agenta.ai/api/variants/configs/fetch.
This issue occurred during a migration on our side. During the cutover, some requests reached the adapter layer before it was fully in place, which caused the endpoint to return 404 responses intermittently. Service availability was not broadly impacted, but this issue did affect integrations relying on that endpoint.
The issue is resolved, and we do not expect a recurrence of this specific migration issue.
